Description: Juno Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer with experience in PMW 160 POR systems including ISNS and CANES. This position requires supporting the advanced engineering required to support the Afloat Networks Engineering design effort for creating new CANES variants and supporting existing variants. This position requires direct interaction with equipment and U.S. Navy customers and is located in San Diego, CA. The Senior Systems Engineer must have at least 8 years of experience working with DoD networks and U.S. Navy C4I.  Key Job Elements:

 

• Requires expertise in CANES and Legacy Afloat applications, systems, and services as well as experience with commercial products and services that can be leveraged to support new designs.

• Must have recent experience in supporting CANES.

• Required to work independently as well as part of an established team.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for this position.

 

Required Knowledge and Certifications:

 

• 8 to 12 years of experience in the field (must include Navy C4I and experience with CANES and ISNS).

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field preferred.

• CCNA.

• CompTIA Security+

• Training or Certification in VMWare preferred

• Security Clearance: minimum Secret.
